Refund policy

At Success Learning Center, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to withdraw from a course. Below is our refund and withdrawal policy to guide you through the process.

Withdrawals

Students can withdraw from a course at any time, provided they have not requested the final exam or completed the course. To withdraw from a course, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Select your course from the list of current registrations.
3. Choose the "Withdraw" option under the course details.

Refund and Voucher Policy

Refunds or vouchers are available based on the following timeframes from your registration date:

• 0–14 calendar days after the registration date: You are eligible for a full refund, with no processing fee.
• 15–60 calendar days after the registration date: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a $30 withdrawal processing fee.
• 61–90 calendar days after the registration date: You are eligible for a voucher, minus a $30 withdrawal processing fee. This voucher must be applied to a new course enrollment within 90 days of the original registration date.
• 91+ days after the registration date: No refunds or vouchers will be provided.

Important Notes

• If you withdraw from a course within 90 days of your registration date but after 60 days, you will receive a voucher instead of a refund. This voucher must be used within 90 days of the original registration date.
• No withdrawal terms are available for courses purchased with a voucher.
• After 90 days, you can still withdraw from the course, but no refund or financial credit will be granted.
